According to reports, Juventus and Inter Milan will compete for Barcelona's Riqui Puig. The Catalan club is ready to sell the 21-year-old midfielder in the summer after he has not played much this season.
Barcelona is willing to sell their talented midfielder to a Serie A team this summer, according to Calciomercato. According to the source, Juventus and Inter Milan have expressed interest in the Spaniard and will compete for his services.
Riqui Puig is popularly considered one of La Masia's best players, but Ronald Koeman hasn't played him much. This season, Barcelona boss Luis Enrique wants the midfielder to go on loan. He had also been linked to Ajax.
On the other hand, Riqui Puig turned down loan offers to compete for a place in Barcelona. Things have not gone as expected for him this season, and he has only made three starts – two in LaLiga and one in the Copa del Rey.
Riqui Puig was never in Ronald Koeman's plans, and the manager isn't pleased with the youngster's refusal to accept loan offers. He has given Ilaix Moriba his Barcelona debut, but he has not used Puig as much as he would like.
Arthur joined Juventus from Barcelona last summer, but the Brazilian has yet to cement his place in the starting lineup. They are not looking for a replacement and consider Puiq to be the best candidate.
