Star India acquired media rights of Cricket South Africa (CSA) until the end of the 2023-24 season, including 20 bilateral games between India and Proteas across North Africa, Asia and Middle East.
A media release said the association will start with England's tour to South Africa beginning on Friday.
The men's team will play 59 games at home according to the Future Tours Plan, including series against top sides such as England, India and Australia.
During this period, the Men in Blue are scheduled to tour South Africa three times. The first of these tours, including 3 Test matches and as many T20I matches, will begin in 2021-22.
The agreement will also include the women's international cricket games played by both the domestic men's franchise games of the CSA and the Momentum Proteas.
Sanjog Gupta, CEO - Sports, Star India, said that they are very happy to be collaborating with Cricket South Africa. CSA has some of the most famous cricket players and competitive sides, which pride themselves in showing the best performance from across the world, and they are looking forward to host the best of South African cricket events until 2024.
